All products are made fresh to order. Please allow 72 hours for collection cakes and 1 hour for all other products to be dispatched
Deliveries are available within Mumbai and are scheduled between 11:00PM & 7:00PM. Please give us a 1-2 hour buffer period for deliveries.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. We cannot be responsible for melting, damage, or spoilage if the order is unattended.
Ice cream and frozen products must be transferred to the freezer immediately upon delivery.
In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges will apply.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of dispatch.
As all items are perishable and made to order, returns and refunds are not accepted once the order has been dispatched.
In rare cases of genuine quality issues, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
