Whole hazelnuts are roasted, caramelised, and finished with sea salt. Then they’re coated in single-origin milk chocolate from the Idukki hills in Kerala and dusted in cocoa. Bite one and you get cocoa, then milk chocolate, then a caramel shell, then the nut. The perfect dragées, packed in a 100g jar.
