Filter Coffee Tiramisu
A Blanchette take on tiramisu, rooted in South Indian coffee culture.
Layers of house-made savoiardi are soaked in strong filter coffee, then folded with a light mascarpone mousse. Finished with a fine dusting of cocoa, it’s balanced, aromatic, and gently bittersweet—comforting without being heavy.
All cakes sent frozen to avoid transportation damage. Keep refrigerated at 2–4°C. Bring to room temperature for 20–30 minutes before serving. Best enjoyed within 24–48 hours.
